  • Ensure positive communication as the main point of contact between ISG and clients.
  • Enhance relationships by empathetically identifying client goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Communicate objectives to the project team and encourage them to practice contextual design and alternative analysis.
  • Facilitate code reviews and ensure space planning, design, and the technical aspects of the project exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as an internal technical project expert.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Passion for creating empathetic solutions.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills for preparing and presenting plans, reports and projects.
  • Previous experience managing multiple construction projects, preferably with and an A/E firm.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal government processes.
