The position would report through Talent Engagement, while closely partnering with other central service teams like Finance + Accounting, Marketing, IT, the Employee Welfare Manager. ISG's Talent Engagement Coordinator is a fast-paced position, which offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for professional growth. This position is responsible for supporting and contributing to a variety of tasks, while being a creative, eager, and accountable team player.   • Responsible for providing general administrative support and contributing to project activities with the Talent Engagement team.
  • Assures the candidates in the pipeline are well guided and feel connected to the company via regular communication and efficient services
  • Assists in implementing strategies to source and secure the right candidates including resume review, job fairs, and employee referral follow up
  • Schedule and communicate interviews with the candidate and internal teams
  • Tracks and reports on candidate recruiting activity
  • Assist in tactical execution of Talent Engagement strategies
  • Participates with planning and logistical needs for both hiring and company-wide events
  • Ensures that all external communications follow company branding guidelines
  • Work on several projects at one time
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor or Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Able to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated track record of successful past employment
