Project Manager

ISG is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team.   • Identify client goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Build and enhance client relations.
  • Perform construction phase services.
  • Create agendas and lead meetings; maintain meeting notes, field notes.
  • Communicate project objectives and expectations to the project team.
  • Ensure positive communication as the main point of contact between ISG and our clients.
  • Provide timely delivery of project solutions and ensure those deliveries align with client needs and ISG expectations.
  • Facilitate code reviews and ensure space planning, design, and the technical aspects of the project exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure the development of internal staff and foster a mentoring culture.
  • Serve as an internal technical project expert.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills for preparing and presenting plans, reports and projects.
  • Previous experience managing multiple construction projects, preferably with and A/E firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for facilitating relationships with clients and decision makers.
  • Creative problem solving skills to gather relevant information to solve less well-defined planning problems.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal government processes.
